1) WHAT IS LEVEL UP LEGACY?

    LEVEL UP LEGACY is a challenge founded by Dr. Saacha Spade in August 2021. After meditating, she was given instructions to help 33 people become Trustees by offering an all inclusive package to help them establish a legacy. The package consisted of a Private Trust, 10 ounces of silver and a parcel of land under 1/2 acre. She immediately went to her computer, set up a payment link for the offer and went on social media to announce the opportunity. What was initially created for 33 people turned into 117 people who chose to commit to the challenge. To date through The Level Up Legacy Challenge, she has helped over 1,000 families establish a legacy through this challenge and her goal is to ultimately reach 1 million. 

2) WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF LEVEL UP LEGACY?

     LEVEL UP LEGACY is designed to benefit the risk taker who takes advantage of it AND their family and heirs by setting them in position to build and successfully pass a legacy to those they are responsible for without having to figure out exactly how to do it. It is a starting point. It gives the opportunity to navigate protected in a world where people are looking actively for something to take. It gives the ability to protect what is being built and successfully pass it forward without intrusion, interception or intervention. It gives the opportunity to help establish a long term game plan for those who are serious about generational wealth. It is a one of a kind offer that was founded on Divine inspiration and is not available anywhere else. 

3) ARE THERE YEARLY FEES FOR THE ITEMS  PROVIDED IN LEVEL UP LEGACY?

      There are fees required to maintain the land that will be allocated in LEVEL UP LEGACY such as taxes and possibly HOA fees if the parcel is in a area where it has been subdivided. Since the land is undeveloped, the taxes are very low, generally less than $25 dollars per year. There are no yearly fees for the Bulletproof Private Trust because once it is created, it is yours to utilize into perpetuity. Filing fees to reconvey the land into the Trust you will be in control over are covered by Gold Mind Land, LLC, the current owner of the land. When you receive the land, it will be free of any back taxes or fees owed prior to you receiving it. 

4) HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE FROM BEGINNING TO END?

     The timeframe from beginning to completion is 90 to 150 business days from the date of your final payment OR the signing of your Trust e-Binder. Since the deed must be recorded, it may take an additional 60 days turn around to receive your recorded deed from the county where the land is located. You will have proof of the land that has been allocated to you (a copy of the pre-recorded, notarized deed) when you receive your Trust documents via Fed Ex delivery. The recording of the deed is the longest aspect of LEVEL UP LEGACY, however, once you are allocated the land, you may access it for immediate use.  

5) CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS ON THE LEVEL UP LEGACY OFFER?

    Payments plans will be allowed directly with LEVEL UP LEGACY on a recurring payment auto pay and are due every month. Installment Plans of 3 payments. Additionally, you have the option to finance your package through AFFIRM. If you do not complete your installment plan for some reason, you will receive a credit towards the next LEVEL UP LEGACY challenge in the future. 

6) CAN I  PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE?

    You can purchase a maximum of 2 packages per customer. Please be mindful that this offer is designed to help those who are ready to jumpstart their legacy and is not designed to be taken advantage of due to the low investment required. To ensure that everyone who is interested has the ability to capitalize on the opportunity, please do not purchase more than two or you will receive a refund on any extra packages purchased. 7) WILL LEVEL UP LEGACY BE OPENED ALL YEAR?

     This offer is not available all year around. It is only available when Dr. Saacha Spade determines to make it available. Due to the work involved in helping so may people establish a legacy at one time, we can not allow it to be purchased randomly. When there is inventory of land that can be used to invest into others, the offer will be available.

 

8) WILL DR. SPADE BE AVAILABLE TO HELP ME ONCE I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

       Dr. Spade is committed to teaching those who are ready to learn about how to be an effective Trustee. This is why it is MANDATORY that every participant in LEVEL UP LEGACY attend her course, TRUSTEEISM. This course is designed to help you understand how to be an effective Trustee over the Bulletproof Legacy Private Trust. If you need Dr. Spade to assist you beyond the scope of what is offered in the course, you may set up a paid consultation where she will assess your situation. Paid consultations are $555.55 per hour. If she determines that she can assist you beyond the scope of what is offered in the LEVEL UP LEGACY Challenge, she will communicate the additional cost needed to retain her during the consultation. 

9) WILL I GET TO CHOOSE THE LAND THAT I WILL GET?

     Land is allocated by Dr. Spade and is not based on personal preferences. The objective is to provide you with an asset as soon as possible that you can hold, sell, use or leverage on some level. It is not designed to give you land in your preferred location. 10) ANYTHING ELSE THAT I NEED TO KNOW?

      Dr. Saacha Spade will screen ALL Trustees for competency, willingness to learn and other qualities that are necessary to becoming a successful Trustee. Again, this offer is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you change your mind, you will be offered a credit towards a future purchase.
